Executive Summary
This paper examines the connection that professionalism has with business through characteristics, communication, appearance and behaviors. We used information from a variety of sources to find a solution to why care about professionalism.
Our conclusion that professionalism is essential in the workplace was based on internet findings, survey, studies, and articles.
