Introduction Session commenced the PTTLS course. This session helped learners to get acquainted with syllabus of the course to create a learning environment. The session was very systematically divided in different parts with specific time allotted to each part.
• First of all, there were registrations for all candidates.
• Hopes, fear, expectations and goals with regards to the course were then handed over to trainees to give their opinion.
• Importance of Setting of the Ground rules was discussed and everyone was told to come up with at least three rules.
• Then a reflection on the Black Minority Ethnicity perspective was discussed within groups.

KNOWLEDGE
• Ground rules are very important because it sets limitations within the framework of that programme or course and the course becomes more organised and well structured.
• Considering Black Minority Ethnic communities was very informative and helpful.
