We need to keep records of how your learners are progressing.
They are various records I have to keep in my role and below these are listed and a
brief description of each is shown.
Learner records.
• Attendance record
These are completed 4 times a day and must be filled in and submitted on time.
• Personal information
These details would have the learner, name, address and emergency contact
numbers. This is covered by the DATA Protection act.

learner targets, attendance records, incident reports, learner’s reviews and
various other assessment plans and reviews.
Teaching records

contains methods of delivery methods and specific goals and timelines
associated to the delivery of the lesson content.

A scheme of work basically sets out what a teacher is planning for whole
entirety of the chosen course on a session by session basis.

• Assessments (summative and formative)
Assessments are usually completed when one of my learners completes a task

summative assessments. A formative assessment is going on all the time; its
