Pursuing an Mba Degree to Start a New Career

I decided to pursue an MBA degree just simply due to the reason that currently I am jobless. But, why did I decide an MBA? After going through a period of rejection and boredom, I had been looking for a glorious career and nothing other than MBA could have given me the fresh start that I needed. An MBA degree has an enormous reputation and it is widely recognized all over the world as one of the best degrees sought by the graduate students.
The importance of an MBA degree cannot be denied as “an MBA degree provides you with innumerable career opportunities in various fields. It is especially beneficial to get jobs in high-level positions such as managerial and executive level jobs” (U.N.H.M.B.A., 2010). Furthermore, an MBA degree not only provides you with better job prospects but one of the main reasons to pursue an MBA is that it also increases your salary potential.
When I think about doing MBA, my background certainly comes to the forefront. Since I have a degree in English literature, I believe I can use my communication skills to enhance my degree experience. Also, my MS degree in E-commerce can be of great help in making me more competent that will help me stand out.
After coming to USA, I always wanted to get an MBA Graduate degree that will help reach my personal education goal and in my job career move but somehow situation and demand turned me towards computer. Now that I have come across this MBA program in University of Phoenix, it is evident that it is the right time to decide and pursue the MBA Program with a concentration in health care management to reach my personal goal. Health care has been a burning issue this last decade. Every health organization seems to be having some management and administrative issues in this financial downtime in the history of the USA.
