ABSTRACT
Recruitment refers to the process of attracting, screening, selecting, and onboarding a qualified person for a job. At the strategic level it may involve the development of an employer brand which includes an 'employee offering'. With substantial changes in the political, social, economical and technological changes throughout the world, recruitment as a standard process has also undergone numerous changes and modifications. Through this paper I have tried to reflect the current trends, benchmarking processes, challenges & issues, comparisoin among various sectors and future recommendations. I have also presented the standard practices being followed in our previous organizations.
