Religion Diversity
There are all sorts of different religions and beliefs in this world. Everyone has their own faith that they follow. I will be looking at my own religion as well as one other and comparing the differences in the two. For some religion is their faith and their life, as well as who they are. For me my religion is what I believe in, how I seek guidance. I have chosen to research Christianity and what their belief system is compared to my own. I have chosen to study Christianity because it is a religion that has interested me over the years, as well as been surrounded by. Even though I have been surrounded by this belief I have avoided really understanding the basis of their beliefs.
Christianity is a religion where their belief system is entrusted in God, and Jesus Christ. The Christian belief system ensures their followers that God is what created earth, heaven and the universe. That god is the father of Jesus Christ who is known as the messiah (savior of the world). Along with the fact that Jesus is the son of god, he is also considered to be one with god meaning he is god himself. The belief system is solely based upon God and how he is the ruler and sacred holy spirit of everything. Everyone has sinned, but God will forgive your sins if you pray to him and show him that you are remorseful for your actions, is what they believe. Christians have faith that once we pass and have moved on from this world that we will travel to a wonderful place known as heaven. In this place all sins are forgiven and the believers of god will go there and live a peaceful existence with God and watch over their loved ones. Yet for the ones who do not follow their faith they will go to a place known as the Hell, where they will be punished for their judgmental behavior and be punished for their life of sins. They are taught through the bible that people were created to be good but are now born...
