        Enterprise Infrastructure and Applications: Make the   best of cost of services through a combination of internal   and external resources.
    Does every CIO have the same role?
In my opinion even though there are general roles, when it comes to the application of these roles there are differences. Therefore the role of a CIO should be defined by the employer based on the peculiar needs of the organization. This is seen in the table below:
