The tables included in this form allow you to record your level of experience, confidence or skills at the start of E105, for each professional practice (PP) learning outcome. For each PP learning outcome, give yourself a rating between 1 and 4 whereby: 1 = a lack of experience, confidence and skills 2 = a little 3 = a reasonable amount 4 = lots of experience, confidence and skills. Try to be honest and realistic as you allocate a rating. You will revisit your responses to this self-assessment profile at the end of the module, when preparing for TMA 07.
