The most troublesome unethical business behavior in my opinion is Foxconn, an Apple manufacturer. The reason this unethical business behavior is the most troublesome is because it involves innocent children being used as slaves, in an unhealthy environment. I think that the majority of people that hear, read, or talk about this would also find it troublesome. This unethical controversy started in 2006, and is still happening today. Apple has made efforts to branch out and use some different manufacturers to produce their products, unethically Foxconn is still their go-to company? Ethical leadership is definitely unethical. Faced by thousands of daily Foxconn employees, faced living quarters similar to tiny college dorms, located in a large beehive type factory, each crammed with crappy bunk beds. Employees were/are also expected to work exhausting hours, humiliating discipline, unreasonable workloads, pressure to reduce over time. Resulting in lower paychecks for workers. Many of the factories are based in Mainland, China. Foxconn has...
