Controlling
As part of our goal achieving process, we will set standards for performance of our employees and operations through communication, and corrective action if necessary.
Spices, will implement an effective control system, this will be utilized by our able and experience supervisors, Edward Frimpong, Derrick Arhin, and Anisha all with a rich twenty years and over experience in sole proprietorship business.
There are four major steps that we will resort to, these are:
1. We will establish performance Standards.
Spices will create a guideline that will be established as the basis of measurement
2. We will measure actual performance.
The executive body with rich experience will collect data to measure the actual performance to determine variation from standards. Duties will be assigned to the leaders, and we shall monitor, observe and control the day to day activities and correct unsatisfactory actions in the restaurant.
3. We shall compare measured performance against establishment standards.
This will be done to make sure control is achieved in a fare and proper manner.
4. We shall take corrective action. There is going to be a vivid supervision of our valuable employees, therefore, effective corrective action will be taken in times of discipline if necessary to help change behaviors that deviates from the normal standards we set for our restaurant (SPICES)
