The Human Resources Managers responsibilities in the recruitment and retention of employees, the important part of recruitment and retention is to first advertise the opened positions and all the requirements for the positions in the newspapers, and in some cases they are able to post the position online or even have a recruitment event. Some of the other responsibilities of Human Resource Managers consist of overseeing and reviewing the applications and resumes, making appointments for interviews with prospective employees and offering the open position to the candidate best suited for the position. When it comes to retaining employees, one of the Human Resources Managers responsibilities is to offer certain programs for the employees, such as award and recognition programs, possible child care assistance, as well as tuition assistance, and there are also career development opportunities and advancement opportunities too. Human Resources Management want to also establish and follow thru with a retirement package and make sure that it surpasses other health care companies in the area.
