What might your role be in organizing, using and maintaining the learning resources, material and equipment for this percussion lesson?
Under supervision or direction from the class teacher I would check the resources needed for the lesson, possibly advising the teacher of any shortfalls in equipment or inadequacies that would prevent a successful learning environment. If any should arise I would then carry out any tasks needed to ensure the resources were adequate whether it be getting items fixed or replaced or borrowing from other class teachers.
Prior to the lesson beginning I would ensure that there is suitable space for the equipment to be set up in. ensuring the area is clean and tidy of other resources/objects not needed for the lesson.
Once the lesson is completed I would collect all materials used and after checking all are again in good working order would ensure they are stored away efficiently for use another day.
