Globalization is a measure towards the expression of economic and social bonds between the countries. It is characterized by growing economic, financial trade and communication integration. It lead to increase low of internal speculation between countries and launch trade between two nations product in a global market by creating an open market to the companies. But it is quiet highly costly.Eventhough. creating a market, there in another control factor to consider in managing the global business.
In the case study, we are recommending TATUA and their main approaches like communication plan and leadership strategy for accomplish its goal that remains to expand its plant in India. New Zealand has large dairy industries and most of its country exports are dairy products all over the world. Among them, TATUA is the huge sell governing dairy cooperative, which trades its foodstuffs to further 60 countries in the world. At 2009, its revenue income are NZ $204 million by following a business culture.
Findings:
