2. DECLARATION STATEMENT
* Authenticity statement and Student’s Signature,
3. TABLE OF CONTENTS
* Main project contents and proper page numbering
4. TERMS OF REFERENCE
* Can include Rationale behind the project, or Objectives of project
5. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
* A summary of the project that can be written for management purposes
6. METHODOLOGY
* Sources of information for writing project, could be websites, Textbooks, etc.
7. ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND
* Can mainly include General background, Shareholding, products of company, both Internal and External Stakeholders of the Company, External Regulations, Internal policies (Reference to Ogarnogram)
8. CURRENT ACCOUNTING SYSTEMS
* Could also include Working Methods, Record Keeping Systems. Accounting systems include, Sales System, Purchases System, Payroll System, Cash and Bank, Costing Systems, General ledgers
9. REVIEW AND ANALYSIS, TRAINING
* Analyses / Evaluate a number of Topics including Weaknesses to Accounting systems and the following: (Reference to SWOT Analysis)
* Employees to be trained, Loss of production time during training, Skills and Knowledge to be acquired
10. INTERNAL CONTROL AND FRAUD ANALYSIS
* Internal controls in CPL and comments on missing Internal Controls.
* Definition, Types, Causes, Impact, Detection and Potential areas of Fraud in the Company (Reference to Fraud Matrix)
