Pro Privacy and Policies in the Workplace

* Many United States workers would assume that they have a constitutional right to their privacy. They will learn that the constitutional rights to privacy are mostly referred through the U.S. Constitution’s Fourth Amendment’s rights to freedom from unreasonable search and seizure.1 (G. Daryl Nord, August 1, 2006) I am pro piracy and policy laws and I will lean towards the policies in the workplace.
* It gives the employees a respectable attitude towards the company which will benefit everybody. Growing up being monitored over my networks and computers I have common sense to not try anything that will make me look incriminating. If an employee cannot respect the company enough to not go onto adult sites then they really are not team players nor do they have respect for the company enough to stay off these sites. They will and can have a block website for any adult websites as well. This is a good thing in my opinion because too many people are being sexually harassed in the workplace and nothing is being done about it.
* I have reviewed over the privacy laws particularly and how employers have the right to look over any information you enter on their computer and network. It can range from just keystrokes to networking with social media about the company. They are allowed to keep all of the information that we enter into their computers or sent over through their networks. If a company doesn’t want to have more issues than they should they should enforce these polices and laws to keep their company safe.
