Actuality tourism and transport had been one topic very explored,   since the   development of   transport powered by technological development has been one of the essential conditions for democratization and globalization of tourism. Air transport has been a good translator of this development and the transformations operated in this sector have affected the tourism industry itself. One consequence of these changes was the emergence of low cost airlines in the 90s of the past century, to create a new business model geared for low cost, put some of the traditional models given the need to reinvent themselves, leading companies and companies involved to rethink strategies and refine visions and objectives more competitive and sustainable (Graham, 2006).
