Communication is the most important factor in my organisation, clear communication at all times is required. The groups and individuals whom I communicate with on a daily / weekly basis are service users, families, social workers, health professional including sexual health nurses, youth justice service, police, sexual exploitation team, safeguarding board, members of the local community and education providers.
Communication between me, staff and service users is on a daily basis, with the other services listed communication may be daily or weekly depending on concerns or issues within the organisation.
