1) In the fourteenth century women didn’t have a choose to whom they would get married too most of the time they didn't even know the man before they were married marriage was different in other ways back then too there were many reasons a marriage could not take place and strict rules for whether or not a divorce was allowed. I the fourteenth century marriages were done by arrangement marriage was not based on love husbands and wives were strangers until they first met the arrangement of marriage was done by the children's parents in the middle Ages children were married at a young age Girls were as young as 12 when they married, and boys as young as 17.
2) Tybalt and mercutio contrast because mercutio is from the Montague’s and Tybalt from the Capulet’s and also because of the mercution fact that he cannot stand tybalt Mercutio gets mad because tybalt continues to search for a quarrel with Romeo when Romeo is trying to bring peace between them mercution reckless, jokester, and a free spirit tybalt is serious when it come to fighting especially when it comes to romeo.They both compare because they live in the same town.
Mercutio hates tybalt because he continues to search for a quarrel with Romeo also because he is a Capulet mercutio keeps calling Tybalt Prince of Cats Tybalt shares the same name as the character Tibert/Tybalt the Prince of Cats in Reynaldo the fox now we know why tybalt hates mercutio. Mercution calls tybolt that when Romeo comes out of his wedding with Juliet when tybolt has seen Romeo he insults him in front of mercutio and benvolio when Romeo does not say nothing to his insults mercutio picks a quarrel with tybalt.
3) Juliet’s nurse is one of the few people that know about the romance that Romeo and Juliet Friar Lawrence because he is the one marries them both in the story the nurse is the messenger she informs juliet about the marriage and the plan that romeo has to marry juliet.
