We are use the rotary drum dryer and find the problems of rotary drum dryer,then how to deal with the the faults of rotary drum dryer. This will be a problem,different faults should have different method. Hereby will present the problems and the corresponding methods:
1.Limit the material way out direction’s flow speed, the rotation speed of the rotary drum dryer should be kept very low. Thus the elevated times of the material in the rotary drum dryer are greatly decreased. So the contact times of the material and the hot air are greatly decreased.
2.The wind speed is too low which lead to contact dynamics loose between the material and the dynamic & static hot wind and the rotary drum dryer efficiency is much lower.
3.There is only fair current drying, and the saturated steam can not discharged timely in the drying process. So the steam moves a long distance in the drum dryer which leads to the moisture reabsorbed by the dry material.
4.Raise the output makes the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature over high which lead to the waste of energy and the quality of material being dried decreased, the color and luster go black, and there are many paste material.
5.In order to raise the rotary drum dryer output, the rotary drum is prolonged and the diameter is much bigger which lead to the heat energy lost and the large rotary dryer floor area.
6.The material can not make “alternating motion” in the rotary drum dryer, and so the material in the drum dryer will be taken out by wind which leads to the low material storage quantity in the drum dryer, thus the contact area between the material and the dynamic and static hot air decreases.
