The Ball Mill is made up of feeding part, discharging part, gyre part, transmission part(inclding decelerator, small transmission gear, generator, electrical control) and so on. The hollow axis adopts the cast steel and the lining can be replaced, the rotary big gear is processed from cast rolling gear. The barrel body is wearable well and bears wearable scaleboard. So this machine runs steadily and works reliably. The following four Ball Mill is very common, the main difference between them lies in the structure of different grinding parts, and according to the shape of the structure naming.
(l)The disc and roller mill, referred to as flat plate mill.Flat plate grinding mill components is circular flat disk and roll formed.
(2) roll and a bowl-type mill, referred to as the bowl mill.This is early in the lap with a bowl, small bowl mill and evolved by modern large-scale disc or shallow bowl called swashplate mill.Such grinding mill parts are disc and roller bowl.
