The researcher will display the knowledge and expertise of a consulting firm, T.P.S Consulting Ltd, which was hired by a small business, Trendy Women Clothing to help solve its personal and professional problems in order for it to operate efficiently and effectively. Overviews will be included of both companies. The objectives are also stated as well as the methodology used to source and collect information for this research. This research will include the following areas:-

* To propose ways in which lifelong learning in personal and professional contexts could be encouraged
