Don’t Just Do It
“Check yourself before you wreck yourself.” once wisely said by Zach Galifianakis from Due Date. In other words, do not act without thinking for it could lead to horrific effects. This is demonstrated in one of William Shakespeare’s most famous works, Romeo and Juliet. When Romeo killed Tybalt and Paris, when Juliet got married to Romeo, when Mercutio fought Tybalt over a foolish argument, and when Juliet and Romeo commit suicide after learning of each-others deaths, are all points of why the theme of Romeo and Juliet should be the following: Do not act without thinking for it could lead to horrific effects.

Romeo ran after Tybalt seeking revenge, and in the heat of the battle and anger Romeo killed Tybalt. “Alive, in triumph! and Mercutio slain! Away to heaven, respective lenity, And fire-eyed fury be my conduct now!” This quote demonstrated Romeo’s fury before he acted without thinking and finally killing Tybalt. Romeo rashly acted without thinking when he killed Tybalt and Paris. This is lead to Romeo getting banished; not to mention the death of two youths .
